BIOL 103 - Biology I |
(required for Science majors) The objective of this course is to gain an
understanding of the cellular, molecular and genetic basis of life. Students will be introduced to the physical and chemical principles involved in biological processes, the microscopic world of the cell, regulation of gene expression and the laws that govern inheritance. This course and BIOL-104 and BIOL-104L Biology II are the introductory courses for science majors.
